Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno, encouraged the development of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol business to become one of the centers of Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition (MICE) in the capital. In addition to already have a number of convention hall, the existence of Ancol by the beach is deemed to have more value.

"Ancol has one convention hall that is very representative, we happen to have some here that became MICE Hub," he expressed, Tuesday (4/3). 

He explained, panoramic sea view that can be enjoyed from the beach, will give a special attraction for those who intend to hold activities in Ancol.

He also hoped Ancol could prepare its technological infrastructure. So, in the future, they can develop the digital economy as one of the strength of its business.

He also sees sport tourism in Ancol that can be developed optimally. It is because some areas of Ancol deserve to hold sports events such as triathlon and run.

"This could indicate that Jakarta also has beautiful beaches and coastal," he said.
